    I don't know anything about it at all. I figured, from context, that it had to stand for one or the other, just because I couldn't think of anything else that would fit both the context and the acronym. In fact, since I live on Maryland's Eastern Shore, the first thing that comes to my mind when I see it is Ocean City.
    So, do you people with OC's write stories for these characters to feature in, or do you just trick out the character with personality traits, backstory, and the like? Are they imaginative or fantastic? I hope I'm not imposing; I'm just curious, since there are so many OC's on this site.
